You may think you are good at holding people’s attention. You may believe that they trust you and that they are hanging on your every word. I am here to tell you that when it comes to eye-contact, you are probably very poor at it.
In fact, you are so poor that your audience is beginning to question your sincerity and doubt if they should trust you at all.
Do yourself a favor, start focusing on, and then becoming better at, holding eye contact with your immediate audience.
